Overview
Fan coil units primarily consist of a centrifugal fan and coil heat exchanger. They are the terminal unit of central air conditioning systems and are widely used in multi-room or large-scale industrial and residential buildings, such as hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition halls, shopping malls, and office buildings. They meet cooling, dehumidification, and heating requirements, creating a fresh, peaceful, and year-round working and living environment.
Fan Coil Unit Features
Safety, Reliability, and Long Life
Each coil heat exchanger undergoes pressure leak testing. The inlet and outlet pipes (water headers) are constructed of forged brass for durability and reliability, and all materials are fireproof. The motor utilizes ultra-low-noise rolling bearings, requiring no lubrication or maintenance, with a service life of up to 35,000 hours. The slender motor shaft is specially treated to prevent rust.
High Efficiency and Power
The coil utilizes seamless copper tubes threaded together with high-efficiency double-flange aluminum fins mechanically expanded into one unit, resulting in a tight connection, high heat transfer efficiency, and sufficient cooling (heating) capacity.
High air volume, low noise
It features an ultra-wide-angle volute and a multi-blade centrifugal impeller made of steel. Multiple preferred matching options are available for the impeller and motor to meet the needs of various fan coil unit specifications.
High versatility and light weight
The left and right water inlets of this fan coil unit can be switched on-site to facilitate duct connection. This fan coil unit boasts industry-leading cooling capacity per unit power.
Attractive appearance
All concealed sheet metal components are made of environmentally friendly, pollution-free, fingerprint-free sheet metal, offering a superior appearance, a thick zinc coating, and a long service life. The exposed coil housings are electrostatically sprayed for an elegant appearance. Cassette coil panels are available in plastic or aluminum alloy with spray-coated finishes.
Advanced technology
The fully automated sheet metal cutting line achieves a cutting tolerance of 0.01mm. The CNC bending machine achieves precise bending angles. The high-speed fin production line offers high production efficiency. Fully automatic straightening and cutting are also available. The pipe bending equipment ensures precise copper tube lengths and smooth, wrinkle-free elbows. Fully automatic welding ensures strong and uniform welds.
Comprehensive Quality Assurance
We have a national-level air conditioning terminal testing laboratory and an on-line production line testing room, ensuring that the quality of each fan coil unit meets or exceeds national standards.
